About Us

Kambara Engineering Company was founded by Tetsuo Kambara in March 2000.
Mr. Kambara was a chief engineer of Singer Nikko, Japan. We, Kambara
Engineering Co., successfully bought the production rights of Singer 300U/302U
series machines including 300S tape edge heads from Singer Company in U.S.A. and
had been producing and supplying Singer branded 300UX5 and 300U194A machines
to Singer Company until December 2013.
To this day, we continue to produce and supply high quality, reliable two
thread chainstitch 300U/302U/300S series machines with our own “KEC” brand to
customers worldwide and try to be the best supplier of those machines in the
future.
All of our parts are of equal quality with complete interchangeability to the Singer
300U/302U machines because our products are being made based on the original
Singer drawings.
We are the only company in this industry that can produce high quality
300U/302U series machines equivalent to Singer 300U/302U machines that
Singer Company in U.S.A supplied to the field in the past.
All of our machines are being made by Japanese experts, having 30-40 years
experience in the production of sewing machines, to produce best quality
machines in the market.
We can also supply spare parts not only of 300U/302U/300S machines, but also
spare parts of most Japanese manufactured sewing machines.
